In vibrant colours of magenta, purples and gold accents, we shed the restraints of lockdowns and restrictions and lift our hands in thanks that we are once again dancing in the streets in the spirit of celebration, a sense of freedom as it were and filled with the drive and passion for Carnival - we exhale and rejoice in a feeling of Emancipation.
